We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Manager – Finance who can take ownership of day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple responsibilities, and contributing to a structured and process-driven finance function.
Assist in preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Conduct financial analysis and generate MIS reports as required
Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist with MCA compliances and statutory filings
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations on a monthly basis
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) sheets and perform reconciliations
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and clarifications
Maintain and update financial databases and Excel trackers
Support implementation and improvement of financial policies and procedures
Communicate with internal teams for financial data and issue resolution
Support Finance Manager in ongoing tasks and special projects
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
4–5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles
Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
Basic understanding of US accounting and taxation preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective time management and organizational ability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
High level of integrity and professionalism
