Resident Interaction and customer Handover:


  1. Co ordination with the CRM for the customer inspection and handover slot bookings.
  2. Handling customer complaints and queries during the handover or inspection and assuring all the mentioned issues have been rectified.
  3. Assuring smooth and efficient transition of flats from the construction phase to the possession phase
  4. Co-ordination with the project team to track the progress of individual flats and ensure that they are completed in all aspects for a smooth inspection and handover.
  5. Conduct thorough inspections to identify any deficiencies, defects, or quality issues that need to be addressed before handover.
  6. Maintaining accurate records of flat inspections, identified issues, and the resolution process. #LI-DNI
  7. Manage the defect rectification process post-handover by coordinating with project team to ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise after possession.
  8. Regular reports to be prepared on handover progress, including the refurbishment status of individual flats, key handover details, track of the overall data (sold & unsold units, PDL raised, 100% payment done, Registration & possession done units).
  9. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of the company by delivering satisfactory customer service through solving all their issues and concerns.
  10. Coordinating with the maintenance team and assuring and guiding them in timely collection of CAM.
  11. Excellent communication skill, verbal and written
  12. Should have handed over 3000+ apartments
