Responsibilities

Job Summary:



The Assistant Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end renewals pipeline and contract operations using Salesforce and the Contract Database. The role ensures timely renewals through proactive tracking and follow‑ups, accurate and insightful management reporting, high data quality standards, and effective coordination with Opportunity Owners, Sales, and Management to support revenue continuity and operational governance.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage the renewals pipeline in Salesforce by tracking upcoming renewals, maintaining the renewals calendar, sharing regular updates, and following up with Opportunity Owners to ensure timely closure.
  • Prepare, analyse, and present monthly renewals reports for Management, highlighting status updates, risks, completion trends, and actionable insights.
  • Monitor Salesforce data quality, identify discrepancies or errors, and proactively coordinate with Opportunity Owners to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage completed contracts by updating the Contract Database, validating records, and sharing monthly contract status and analysis with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate end-to-end contract signing activities by communicating with the Signing Team, sending confirmation emails, tracking execution status, and ensuring timely completion.

Educational Requirements:
