What will you do:


In this role you will:


  • Drive BMS & IBMS project sales within the industry.
  • Collaborate with local consultants and stay updated on the latest trends in the BMS industry.
  • Handle tenders (Major Private) and work under stringent MIS systems.
  • Engage with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, Developers, Hospitality Partners, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Travel as required to meet business needs.
  • Be responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on a month-on-month basis.
  • Generate leads and drive them to order closure.
  • Focus on the assigned market and products including BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems, etc.).

What you will bring (Roles & Responsibilities)


  • 10+ years of experience in BMS & IBMS project sales.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing net new business.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience in pricing systems for customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
  • Experience working with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, Developers, Hospitality Partners, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
