The Procurement Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to project procurement teams, contributing to the smooth execution of procurement activities while gaining exposure to sourcing, purchase order management, supplier coordination, and contract administration.

Under the guidance of senior procurement professionals, the Procurement Coordinator will:
Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support for procurement activities across projects
Assist with the preparation, issuance, tracking, and close‑out of purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, finance, and internal stakeholders to support timely procurement execution
Maintain accurate and complete procurement records, logs, and documentation in accordance with internal procedures
Support supplier onboarding activities, including documentation follow‑up and compliance tracking
Ensure procurement activities are completed in alignment with WSP procurement policies, approval thresholds, and delegation of authority
Support reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks for the Procurement team
College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, or project support (internship or co‑op experience is an asset)
Strong interest in procurement, supply chain management, or contract administration
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP Oracle systems is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as well as in French.
Strong interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a project‑based environment
English and French proficiency required
Ability to work in a team environment as well as working independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Should be available to work during EST
