In this role, you’re expected to:
The Corporate Action Income Team Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Corporate Actions processors (C09 and C10 levels). This role combines leadership responsibilities with direct involvement in Business As Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring the team consistently meets its objectives for accurate and timely reconciliation and payment of client income entitlements. The Manager will drive operational efficiency, manage team performance, and act as an escalation point for complex issues..
