This senior role combines hands-on validation with coaching, focusing on areas like Workstations & Devices, Directory & Identity, Software Management, VDI, and IAM, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Intune as the modern management plane.

Responsibilities:
  • Architectural Leadership: Define and maintain reference architectures, target states, and domain principles for the Digital Workplace, acting as the design authority for initiatives.
  • Project & Delivery Stewardship: Lead architectural efforts within projects, shaping designs (HLD/LLD), providing hands-on validation, and ensuring smooth transition-to-run.
  • Standards & Improvement: Establish sustainable policy, packaging, and release patterns, defining KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate options, trade-offs, and risks to executives and teams, coordinating with security, IAM, network, and partners.

Qualifications:

You have


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years in Digital Workplace/EUC, with 5+ years in architecture or senior design roles in large, matrixed environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Intune, strong understanding of Directory & Identity (AD/Entra), Software Packaging & Distribution, VDI, and IAM.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Demonstrated track record of leading architecture, achieving measurable outcomes, and balancing strategic vision with pragmatic execution.
  • Communication & Coaching: Crisp, executive-ready communication, rigorous documentation, and a coaching mindset to raise architectural maturity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative, transparent, and capable of building trust across functions and suppliers.

Nice to have :


  • Familiarity with automation/observability practices.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Managing Modern Desktops.
