About the role

responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide Splunk solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role includes ownership of Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, and IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) architectures, ensuring high availability, scalability, observability, and end-to-end service health monitoring for mission-critical



Splunk Architecture & Design



  • Design and implement Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud architectures at scale.
  • Architect Splunk ITSI including service modelling, KPI design, health scoring, and glass-table solutions.
  • Define strategies for data ingestion, parsing, indexing, and retention aligned with enterprise observability goals.
  • Develop scalable data pipelines for metrics, logs, traces, and events from hybrid environments.
  • Ensure Splunk platforms follow best practices for performance, security, and resilience.

Implementation & Deployment



  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Splunk Enterprise/Cloud for various business units.
  • Implement ITSI Service Blueprints, Deep Dives, Multi-KPI alerts, and Episode Review Framework.
  • Integrate data sources from infrastructure, cloud, network, APM, security, ITSM, and third-party systems.
  • Deploy and optimize universal forwarders, HEC, ingestion APIs, and cloud-based connectors

Observability & Service Health



  • Build enterprise-wide Observability dashboards using ITSI/Glass Tables.
  • Develop predictive insights using adaptive thresholds, anomaly detection, and machine learning capabilities.
  • Define business service maps and correlate infrastructure issues to measurable service impact

About you

Proficiency in designing and implementing Splunk solutions in large-scale environments.



Experience with data onboarding, field extraction, data models, and CIM (Common Information Model).



Expertise in SPL (Search Processing Language) and developing custom dashboards, alerts, and reports.



Strong knowledge of Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, and Splunk Enterprise Security (ES).

Splunk Core Certified Consultant



Splunk ITSI Certified Implementation Expert
