The project:


This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.


Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.


You’ll be responsible for:


  • Lead and manage planning and building regulation applications, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide design leadership, managing deliverables through direct reports and collaborating with wider design disciplines, client teams, and construction partners.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring briefs and requirements are met while driving effective communication.
  • Monitor outputs to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery, while supporting reporting and participation in client meetings and workshops.
  • Champion continuous improvement by engaging with business directives, refining processes, and seeking opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Contribute to Mace’s net zero carbon transition by proactively identifying and managing carbon emissions and reduction opportunities throughout project delivery.

You’ll need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the relevant field.
