ARC Research Consultant – Quantitative Research, Data Visualization (L8)
The Advisors Research Center (ARC) is a global team of researchers within Mastercard that delivers high quality, end to end research in support of Mastercard’s Advisors and Consulting Services. ARC partners closely with consulting teams and internal stakeholders to design, execute, and deliver rigorous research that informs strategic decision making for clients across industries and markets.
As part of ARC’s continued growth, Global Facilities India (GFI) supports global and regional ARC engagements by providing scalable, high quality quantitative research delivery. The GFI team works closely with ARC researchers and consultants to ensure consistency, speed, and quality across research execution and outputs.
This role sits within the ARC Quant Research capability in GFI and supports the visualization and communication of quantitative research findings for global projects.
Role:
As a Quant Research – Data Visualization Consultant, you will support the creation of clear, accurate, and well structured visual outputs for quantitative research studies. You will work closely with ARC researchers, analysts, and consulting teams to help translate data into charts, exhibits, and reports that are ready for client use.
Candidates for this position should have a solid foundation of experience in quantitative research methodologies and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
• Analyze quantitative research data and create charts, tables, and exhibits to support research reporting in data visualization tools
• Translate analytical outputs into clear and easy to understand visual formats
• Apply ARC and Mastercard visual standards consistently across deliverables
• Support researchers and consultants by iterating visuals based on feedback
• Review outputs for accuracy, formatting consistency, and clarity
• Organize and maintain visualization assets, templates, and working files
• Collaborate with global teams to meet project timelines and quality expectations
Qualifications & Skills:
• 2–4 years’ experience at a research agency or in an in house research role contributing to the design and execution of end to end custom research, particularly in data visualization, research reporting, or analytics support
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., DisplayR)
• Experience working with at least one statistical software tool (e.g., SPSS, Q, R, MATLAB)
• Familiarity with common quantitative research outputs and metrics
• High attention to detail and strong formatting discipline
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to follow established standards and incorporate feedback effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, multi project environment
• Experience in market research, consulting, or professional services is a plus
