The Team 1-
The Team of Apprentice, Data Operations work on various research reports and company documents to collect information & generate meaningful consensus from the collected data. This effort is coupled with real time monitoring of global industry trade publications and websites/news aggregators. Different Teams under Enterprise Data Organization includes Fundamentals, FILINGS & SOURCING, People Data, Transactions (M&A and Capital Market Data), Private markets, and many more.
Responsibilities:
• High quality data (Financial) collection, analysis, extraction and entering the data in work tools as per guideline specifications for assigned vertical.
• Understand the working of the dataset, be aware of the workflows and have strong working knowledge of work tools.
• Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
• Troubleshoots problems or issues and support team in enhancing the workflow/processes for department.
• Timely response to mails from coworkers and managers. Be proactive and demonstrates aptitude for new learnings.
The Team 2-
S&P Global’s Network and Regulatory Solutions brings together solutions that help customers comply with regulatory requirements while reducing the risk, cost, and complexity of running their businesses. We are comprised of Corporate Actions, ClearPar, GMG, and Regulatory Compliance.
The Financial Operations & Reporting Team is a centralized unit that manages Client, Services Provider as well as Business Partner billing. Apart from revenue assurance, the unit’s core deliverables also include various reporting such as ad-hoc client billing reports, financial reporting for P&L, invoice dispute resolution, customer/product contract reports, etc.

What We’re Looking For:
• Fresh graduates with a commerce (BBA/BMS/BCom) background (Passing year 2025) OR PGDM/MBA/M.Com specializing in Finance/Accounts (Passing year 2025 or 2026)
• Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shift basis the business requirement (24x5 environment with rotational shifts, including night shift )
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and accountancy, including financial statements and annual reports
• Adaptability to work across all time-zones.
•Proficiency in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
