The individual's key responsibility is to support and manage our Business Applications and infrastructure (including but not limited to Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, ClickDimensions, Customer Service, Omnichannel and Project Operations), Dynamics 365- F&O, Dynamics 365 – HR and Assettrac).
Other responsibilities and accountabilities are to assist in managing and supporting the other various application systems used by the business to perform their normal day-to-day activities. The individual should also aim to reduce ticket volumes by constant monitoring and understanding trends of problems and look to employ permanent solutions to these problems.
The role requires technical knowledge of various Microsoft enterprise system technologies such as the Dynamics 365 suite (CE, F&O and HR). They should also have a good working knowledge of other Microsoft applications, basic SQL. Knowledge of Power Platform and Sharepoint are also a benefit
