Purpose of the Role


To provide technical application and after-sales support for process and filling systems across plants and lifecycle support for filling, packaging, and end-of-line (EOL) machinery distribution points, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations while supporting the full lifecycle of equipment and processes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support for filling systems
  • Support commissioning, start-up, and stabilization of new or upgraded equipment across plants.
  • Troubleshoot process, mechanical, and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory norms, and SOPs in all operations.
  • Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements in filling and handling systems.
  • Coordinate with plant operations, maintenance, and central technical teams for issue resolution.
  • Provide field-level support to depots, distributors, and bottling plants.
  • Conduct training for plant operators and technicians on equipment usage, safety, and best practices.
  • Monitor equipment performance, uptime, and recurring issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain proper documentation, audit readiness, and compliance records.
  • Support vendor coordination for spare parts, upgrades, and technical clarifications.

Educational : B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering


  • Ability to work in field-intensive and plant environments
  • Strong knowledge of filling operations 
  • Understanding of process engineering and plant operations
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of safety systems, hazardous area practices, and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with CIP/SIP (if applicable), pumps, valves, and instrumentation systems
  • Basic exposure to PLC/SCADA systems
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
