Job Description:
Analysis of Aircraft Structures:
Study different types of non-conformance probable during manufacturing and assembly of an Aircraft.
Justify repair solutions for the NC from static & fatigue.
Identify root cause of the damages occurring on different parts of aircraft
Justify structural integrity of an aircraft in line with Airworthiness requirements
Justify Airbus inspection requirements.
Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills
This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:
Basic Design Principles and drawing study of parts and assemblies.
Study of primary and secondary structures
Load paths and stress distribution
Static & fatigue analysis of primary structures and mitigation techniques for deviation from design
In-depth knowledge of Fatigue analysis (Peterson’s manual, Bolted joint analysis etc.,)
Structural anomalies in flying fleet
Structural Integrity mitigations
RCA for inservice findings
Airworthiness requirements
Inservice documentations
Eligibility Criteria:
You are a Fresh Graduate (Technical Under Graduate or Post Graduate) in Aerospace / Mechanical / Civil].
Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).
Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.

- Basic static & Fatigue skills

Ability to work independently & in a team, in a transnational environment
