Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior BSP Engineer to lead the development of BSP software in our product lineup of Laptop/PC/IOT. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of board bring-up, development of board support package, hardware integration and be able to work collaboratively across teams to deliver highly reliable solutions.
A Camera Software Engineer develops and optimizes software for camera systems, focusing on image processing, algorithms, and hardware integration to enhance image quality and performance, often for applications like VR/AR, machine vision, and mobile devices.
Camera Skills:
- Interest and experience with camera components such as 3A, ISP and camera sensors, image processing
- Working experience on Android : Camera2 APIs, Camera framework, Camera Services & Camera HAL.
- Exposure to Image processing techniques
- Understanding of ISP pipelines (for image capture & Video recording) and Camera sensors
- Deep understanding of Android camera stack for Camera App development
- Exposure to camera performance & power optimization techniques
- Working experience in Android debuggers and other performance tools
- Exposure to Android Camera Test Suite execution & issue resolutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of Camera App for mobile and devices.
- Work on camera software stacks including camera framework, camera HAL, and kernel driver controller
- Analysis & Debug of general camera issues
- Collaborate with camera sensor vendors for Camera Sensor module bring-up
- Improve Camera performance, power and memory and develop related tools to validate them
