Eram Talent, a premier Talent Acquisition Consultancy under the ERAM Group, is seeking a highly qualified Analyzer Specialist to join our client’s team in Saudi Arabia.
The Analyzer Specialist will play a pivotal role in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of analytical instrumentation crucial for the operation of various industrial processes in the Oil & Energy sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of a variety of electronic analyzers, making key contributions to the productivity and efficiency of operations.
They will work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams to maintain high standards of safety and accuracy in analytical measurements.
Responsibilities Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of advanced analytical instrumentation, such as gas chromatography, moisture analyzers, and other process analyzers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot analyzer issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime of equipment.
Develop and update preventive maintenance plans and perform regular inspections to ensure optimal performance of analyzers.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, calibration results, and performance metrics.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff and assist with training and onboarding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess analyzer performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.
Participate in safety audits and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Stay current with advancements in analyzer technologies and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10-15 years of experience in analytical instrumentation within the Oil & Energy sector.
Strong technical knowledge of various analyzers including gas chromatographs, total sulfur analyzers, and pH analyzers.
Experience in Gas Chromatograph, PH analyzer, Dew Point analyzer, Moisture analyzer, RVP analyzer,   Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining complex analytical equipment.
Excellent understanding of process control and automation systems.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including schematics and vendor manuals.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
