Job description

We’re looking for a Data Analytics Program Manager who is execution-focused and thrives in complex, matrixed environments. In this role, you will own the analytics delivery pipeline end-to-end—from intake and prioritization through delivery and stakeholder adoption—ensuring analytics work is well-scoped, sequenced, tracked, and delivered with consistency.

You will focus on delivery excellence: turning stakeholder needs into clear requests, driving progress across multiple workstreams, and ensuring insights land in a usable, decision-ready format. You will partner closely with analysts, product owners, and engineering teams to keep work moving, remove friction, and continuously improve how analytics is delivered at scale. This role requires hands-on experience using Jira and Monday.com (or comparable project management tooling) and a clear understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage delivery cadence, backlog hygiene, and cross-team execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end analytics delivery lifecycle, including intake, triage, prioritization, execution, and closeout, across Employee Experience and HR product domains.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into well-defined analytics requests by clearly articulating problem statements, expected outputs, timelines, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead execution across multiple concurrent analytics workstreams (e.g., dashboards, recurring reporting, ad hoc analyses, survey analytics, and executive reporting), ensuring consistent quality and predictable delivery.
  • Establish and maintain efficient operating rhythms—such as intake reviews, delivery checkpoints, and stakeholder readouts—to improve throughput and minimize rework.
  • Leverage tools such as Jira and Monday.com to intake, track, and manage demand; monitor work-in-progress; identify risks and issues; and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies (including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) to drive execution, enhance predictability, and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with analytics leads and product owners to align work with team capacity, manage trade-offs, and ensure transparent prioritization.
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery blockers (e.g., data access, dependencies, data readiness, or unclear requirements) by partnering with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all analytics outputs and insights are business-ready, with clear narratives, defined metrics, and actionable recommendations aligned to stakeholder needs.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics (e.g., demand volume, cycle time, backlog aging, rework drivers) and recommend process, tooling, and operating model improvements.
  • Maintain standardized documentation and governance for intake processes, request quality, and deliverables to enable consistency, scalability, and repeatability and support change management and stakeholder enablement initiatives to drive adoption of standardized reporting and reduce redundant, ad hoc requests.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in analytics delivery, business intelligence, analytics operations, or program/project management within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume analytics pipelines across multiple teams while maintaining quality and delivery predictability.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to effectively partner with analysts and engineers, evaluate request feasibility, and validate outputs against business requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools and deliverables, including dashboards, reporting solutions, scorecards, and executive-ready insights (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities, including driving clarity, facilitating decision-making, and maintaining alignment without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert ambiguous requirements into clearly defined scopes and deliver impactful outputs for senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Monday.com (or similar enterprise work management tools) for intake management, work planning, execution tracking, and status reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including ceremonies and artifacts, with the ability to apply them effectively in analytics delivery or program execution contexts.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting HR, Employee Experience, or enterprise product organizations.
  • Familiarity with documentation and knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence or similar platforms) for maintaining standards, definitions, and delivery artifacts.
  • Experience enhancing analytics operating models, including intake processes, prioritization frameworks, service tiers, and SLAs, and scaling delivery practices across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across geographically distributed teams and multiple time zones.
