The role requires strong proficiency in Excel, data consolidation, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination, preferably in a media agency or fast-paced service environment. MIS & Reporting Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across media, digital, and business functions Track key KPIs, performance metrics, delivery numbers, and productivity data Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency Data Analysis & Insights Analyze trends, variances, and anomalies to support decision-making Highlight gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities through reports Support ad-hoc data requests from business, planning, and leadership teams Dashboard & Automation Support Create and maintain dashboards using Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts) Support process automation and reporting efficiency improvements Standardize reporting formats and templates across teams
