Position details


We are seeking a detail-oriented and Analyst to join our team. The role involves expertise in designing and developing digital solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes and enhance user productivity.


The position will support the Head of Process Excellence team to drive and identify the opportunity, design and activate the solutions for execution through connecting with key stakeholders in MGS/MUFG.


Roles and Responsibilities


1. Core Tooling & Technical Skills


  • Power Apps: Building low-code/no-code Canvas and Model-driven applications to streamline data collection and user workflows.
  • Power Automate: Designing automated business processes, approvals, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and third-party systems.
  • Integrating PowerApps with Power Automate to digitise workflows and processes to significantly enhance app functionality. 
  • SharePoint Online & M365: Deep understanding of site architecture, hub sites, managed metadata, permissions management, and content organization.
  • Data Modeling: Understanding how to integrate and manage data utilizing different data sources. Strong understanding how to structure and model data along with logical data flows within PowerApps for creating scalable and efficient applications

2. Analytical & Functional Skills


  • Business Process Mapping: Ability to evaluate current-state manual processes and map out optimized future-state workflows with focus on attention to detail.
  • Fit-Gap Analysis: Assessing out-of-the-box Power Platform capabilities against complex business requirements.

3. Professional Competencies


  • Stakeholder Management: Translating non-technical business needs into actionable technical specifications for development of applications.
  • Documentation: Crafting functional and technical design documents (FDD/TDD) and user training guides.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to apply critical thinking to develop logical and structured digital solutions
  • Project Management: Capability to initiate plan, execute, monitor, control and deliver multiple cross-business projects concurrently, working with multiple project teams. Communicate progress, success and challenges to leadership, providing regular updates on the status of transformation initiatives.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and objectives to align data insights with organizational goals.
  • Ability to multi-task on a variety of different projects, in a high pace environment.

Job Requirements:


  • 4+ years of work experience in similar profile
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer applications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Flexibility to work in different shift timings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholder at all levels of the organization
  • Must be a self-starter, can work independently, and adapt in a dynamic environment
