Key Responsibilities



HR Operations & Service Delivery



  • Execute employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems (e.g., hires, terminations, job changes, leaves of absence, others).




  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies andSOPs.




  • Support mass data uploads, organizational changes, and HR data audits.




Inquiry Management



  • Respond to Tier 2 HR inquiries from employees and managers via case management tools.




  • Resolve issues related to employee records, policy interpretation, and process exceptions.




  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to theSenior AnalystPeople Servicesor appropriateCoE.




Collaboration & Stakeholder Support



  • Partner withPeople Partners, Payroll, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.




  • Support onboarding and training of new People Services team members.




  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.




Compliance & Documentation



  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation of transactions and case resolutions.




  • Support internal and external audits by providingtimelyandaccuratedata.




  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.




Process Improvement



  • Identifyrecurring issues and recommend process improvementsto SeniorAnalyst and SeniorManager.




  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs and knowledge articles.




  • Participate in system testing and implementation of process enhancements.





Qualifications



  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.




  • Experience: Minimum3years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably supportingAsian countries.




  • Systems: Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms; familiarity with case management tools such as ServiceNow or Workday Help is a plus.




  • Languages:English languageisrequired.
