We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI Analyst with 0-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up Power BI Dashboards or Tableau dashboards, creating data warehouses, and working with Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint. Knowledge of AI will be an added advantage. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about learning new technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and implementing innovative solutions to drive data insights and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI Dashboards or Tableau dashboards to visualize and analyze data for business users, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Design and implement data warehouse solutions to gather, store, and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Perform data analysis, data profiling, and data validation to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data, and provide recommendations for data quality improvements.
• Develop and implement data models, data mappings, and data transformations to integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring data integration and data integrity.
• Create and manage Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint solutions to streamline data collection, reporting, and collaboration processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to BI, data warehousing, and data analytics, and proactively recommend and implement improvements to existing systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for BI solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 0-5 years of experience as a BI Analyst, working with Power BI/ Tableau, data warehousing, Microsoft Power Apps, and SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge and experience in creating data visualizations, data modeling, data mapping, and data transformations.
• Familiarity with AI assisted automation, will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
