Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the enterprise-wide Master Data Management data standards, clean up records to ensure compliance to data standards, and assist lead / project manager to complete cleanup for S/4 go live.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Compliance) to define data standard policies and business rules.  Assist with implementation of tools to enforce and monitor standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of processes and drive implementation, including keeping Signavio up to date on data processes
  • Manage end-to-end master data processes, including material master, BOMs, customers, vendors, and other key data domains.
  • Ensure the timely creation, maintenance, management, prevention of duplicates, and retirement (End of Life) of master data records in systems such as SAP, Teamcenter, and ERP platforms.
  • Follow data quality guidelines (data standards, naming guidelines and metadata structures etc.), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows.
  • Resolve data-related issues in a timely and accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and process flows.
  • Take up add-on work / projects inline with business needs / requirements.

Skills & Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in Master Data Management.
  • Experience with MDM tools (e.g., SAP Master Data Governance, Informatica, SAP S/4 HANA) is a plus.
  • Knowledge on master data domains (material, BOM, customer, supplier, quality etc.).
  • Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or high-regulation industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality management.
