  • Experience: 3 years+ experience in an PC support role.
  • Technical Knowledge: An in depth understanding of Windows / iOS / Android operating systems, networking fundamentals, and software applications.
    • Windows Installer (MSI / MST)
    • Click-Once
    • Orca
    • Silent / Off-line installation methods
    • Scripting - VBS and PowerShell
    • Software deployment technologies - SCCM, InTune, Play Console and App Store Connect
    • Office 365 – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
    • VDI, RDP and Citrix
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical staff, both written and verbal.

Duties and Responsibilities



  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving software packaging and deployment issues working with other internal teams to implement.
  • Installation & Configuration: Testing and configuring new software, preparing packaging and deployment instructions for silent installation and upgrade.
    • PC deployments – working with our packaging and deployment teams to arrange deployments and facilitate business testing before deploying to production environment.
    • Mobile deployments – working with application owners to setup new and upgrade existing iOS / Android applications in Play Console and App Store Connect, this includes arranging business testing before deploying to production environment. This includes certificate and key management.
  • User Support: Working with business teams to understand their software requirements and assist them with corporate deployment to end users.
  • Documentation: Recording tasks in SharePoint tracking system and updating our knowledge bases as necessary.
