Implement GenAI enabled workflows (summarization, classification, extraction, insights) in FCM and Issue Management area
Translate manual business processes into AI-assisted (including Agentic frameworks) and automated solutions in end-to-end Issue Management reporting and Control-management area.
Demonstrate strong systems understanding by analyzing end-to-end workflows, data flows, and interactions across multiple tools and systems within the reporting lifecycle
Design AI-driven workflows by breaking down complex business processes into modular steps that can be automated or augmented using LLMs and related technologies
Build and maintain Python scripts for data processing and automation solutions
Develop and execute SQL queries (including joins) for data extraction, transformation, and data mining activities
Design and support Power Automate flows (approvals, notifications, orchestration)
Develop Power Apps (canvas apps) to support operational workflows
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for performance monitoring and insights
Support production dashboards and automations, including issue triage and RCA
Document solutions to meet control, audit, and governance standards
Ability to partner with business stakeholders to understand problem statements and translate them into GenAI-enabled analytics or automation or LLM solutions
Hands-on experience on designing and implementing Generative AI use cases such as:
Practical knowledge of Prompt design and iteration
LLM integration into analytics or workflows
Data massaging and manipulation
Document summarization
Data extraction and classification
Insight generation and decision support
Basic understanding of technical architecture including how GenAI solutions integrate with enterprise systems, data sources, APIs, and governance frameworks
Strong understanding of data including data structures, transformations, and data quality considerations while building analytics and AI solutions (experience with big data environments is an added advantage)
Should be able to develop, maintain and support following applications –
Python-based automation and analytics scripts with ability to use libraries such as pandas, numpy (ML basics preferred, not mandatory)
Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying, data analysis, and data validation
Power Automate workflows including approvals, notifications, orchestration, and exception handling
Power Apps (canvas apps) to support form-based or operational workflows
Power BI dashboards to support performance monitoring, operational insights, and leadership reporting
Must ensure solutions meet enterprise control, governance, and documentation standards
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from top-tier colleges
1-2 years of work experience in Automation or process optimization using Gen AI, Python and/or any other Power Platform application
Prior experience of Finance, Risk, Regulatory, or Statutory Reporting Data and environments
Experience working in regulated or control-heavy environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
External certification on Gen AI tools and their application is preferred
Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM-based solutions, including prompt design and applied use cases
Strong proficiency in Python for data analytics and automation
Working knowledge of SQL including joins, aggregations, and data extraction techniques
Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
