Who we are looking for:


The main function of the role is ensuring accurate Intersystem reconciliation of trades and resolution of breaks between Front Office / Middle Office and Back Office Systems.


What we value:


  • Good knowledge of client onboarding and compliance in Banking domain.
  • Knowledge of client documentation, SLA and various services in Investment banking.
  • Should be able to work in stringent deadline situations.
  • Work in conjunction with individuals on the team, other shared services/COEs, India and Onshore to ensure seamless processing of Client onboarding request.
  • Should be a team player
  • Maintain records in support of audits.
  • Consults with manager where clarification or exception to policy may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Perform tasks with 100% accuracy and within the defined timeline.

What you will be responsible for:


  • Coordinate and manage the client’s onboarding process, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (RM, onshore partners, risk teams) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Analyze the complex documents received to ensure all accuracy of it.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in additional projects as required.
  • Participate or organize team building activities.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Comfortable working in hybrid model.
