Activities may include:
• Maintain effective and professional customer relationships.
• Support account management and transaction processing.
• Provide product and support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback and other requests. 
• Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
• Responding to customer queries and resolving issues as defined by customer agreement and relevant processes.
This role is an individual contributor role with focus on a clear set of priorities
Work follows established policies and procedures with continual supervision.
