AI-Native Software Engineer

We are looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer who can use AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for understanding problems, guiding AI tools effectively, validating their output, and taking ownership of the production code you ship.
What You’ll Do?

• Build applications, APIs, integrations, AI agents, and data workflows.
• Use AI tools for coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
• Review AI-generated code for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Write unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews and explain your technical decisions.
• Work with engineering, product, and domain teams to deliver reliable software.

What We're Looking For?

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of software development experience. Strong recent graduates may also apply.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Strong understanding of programming, APIs, databases, Git, testing, and software design.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, C#, Go, Kotlin, or similar languages.
• Participation in AI hackathons, internal or external. Be prepared to explain the event, problem, project, and your contribution.
• Strong curiosity, ownership, communication skills, and ability to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with MCP.
• Exposure to AI agents, tool calling, and structured outputs.
• Frontend or backend experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, or FastAPI.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and Docker.
• Independently built products or side projects.
