About the internship
This is a hands-on internship for someone who is genuinely curious about AI and eager to build real skills in content creation. You'll work alongside our content team to produce learning materials using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and get direct exposure to the Disprz platform building videos, coaches, and microlearning templates from day one. No prior corporate experience needed, just a strong command of English and a genuine enthusiasm for AI.
What you'll do
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to draft learning content — scripts, summaries, quiz questions, and module copy
  • Assist in creating content templates on the Disprz platform including videos, AI coaches, and assessments.
  • Review AI-generated content to check for clarity, grammar, and tone before publishing.
  • Help maintain and organise the content library — tagging, categorising, and updating modules as needed.
  • Participate in team brainstorms and contribute ideas for improving content workflows using AI.
  • Research new AI tools and share learnings with the team.

Must have
Strong written English — clear, grammatical, and natural · Has personally used ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI writing tool · Curious, self-driven, and quick to learn new tools · Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field
Good to have
Interest in e-learning, training, or instructional content · Basic familiarity with video or presentation tools · Exposure to any LMS or content platform · Prior blogging, copywriting, or content creation experience
