About Company:



Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of chemicals in India with a strong presence in Industrial Chemicals, Crop Nutrition and Technical Ammonium Nitrate (mining chemicals), the Company supports critical sectors of the economy namely pharmaceutical, agriculture, mining and infrastructure.



An Ideal Candidate:



An ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in agronomy, agri-sales, or a related field. The role involves enrolling farmers, concept selling, and creating demand for specialty fertilizer products. The candidate will support Field Business, Marketing, and Sales Managers in executing market development activities as per the plan, while actively promoting the Mahadhan brand and enhancing awareness of the value proposition of both existing and new products.



Key Competencies:



  • Job Responsibility - Execute market development activities such as farmer meetings, demonstrations, crop seminars, and dealer trainings as per plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, KOLs, and local farming communities in assigned areas.
  • Drive farmer enrollment and promote adoption of specialty fertilizer products through effective concept selling.
  • Educate farmers on product value proposition, benefits, and usage to improve crop yield and soil health.
  • Promote and support sales through field activities like demos, workshops, and field days.
  • Collaborate with farmers to implement crop schedules, including optimal dosage and application methods.
  • Collect field data, farmer feedback, and testimonials to evaluate product performance and impact.
  • Identify target villages/clusters and support large-scale demonstrations and product trials in coordination with internal teams.
