DESCRIPTION:
Join our team as an AEM Platform Specialist, where you'll create compelling content that drives awareness and engagement across our digital platforms. You'll develop various content formats, from data-driven reports to engaging blog posts, while using analytics and industry best practices to deliver results. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts, develop thought leadership content, and contribute to the organization's digital marketing success through effective storytelling and strategic content development.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree required, no prior experience required in content marketing, editorial, or journalism roles
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for digital content production
• Strong expertise in SEO writing and content optimization techniques
• Experience with content management systems and editorial calendar management
• Demonstrated ability to analyze content performance metrics (impressions, CTRs, views, time on page)
• Knowledge of marketing funnel principles and content strategy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and digital marketing platforms
• Strong storytelling capabilities and excellent editorial judgment
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Experience working in collaborative environments with distributed teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Openness to learning new technologies and trends
• Knowledge of content marketing best practices and emerging digital trends
