DESCRIPTION:
Join our team as an AEM Plaform Administrator at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to our digital presence and support customer engagement through compelling content. In this role, you'll create, optimize, and manage high-quality marketing content across digital platforms while ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy. Working with marketing teams, designers, and project managers, you'll translate complex scientific information into engaging customer-focused content that supports our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
You'll manage content through our web content management systems, ensure SEO optimization, and maintain editorial standards across multiple channels. This role combines storytelling with technical precision, requiring you to work with teams to deliver effective digital experiences that drive customer engagement and support business objectives. You'll also help integrate emerging technologies like AI to enhance our content creation and delivery processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in content management, technical writing, or digital marketing
• Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Communications, English, Scientific field, or related discipline
• Additional technical writing or digital marketing certifications a plus
• Expertise in content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
• Strong command of SEO best practices and web content optimization techniques
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven content optimization
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management systems
• Knowledge of scientific/technical content and terminology preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging content technologies
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible content
• Experience with web accessibility standards and global content requirements
