As a mid‑level preparer, the position takes ownership of day‑to‑day accounting, leads month‑end close activities, and prepares core financial deliverables such as NAVs, management accounts, and financial statements, with limited supervision. The role also supports tax compliance, cash flow and liquidity reporting, and plays an active role in audit and consolidation processes, while partnering closely with administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and well‑documented outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑End Accounting Preparation: Independently perform day‑to‑day accounting activities including processing bank statements, incoming and outgoing invoices, transactions, accruals and provisions, and maintaining interest, amortization, and depreciation schedules for complex structures.

  • Month‑End Close & Reconciliations: Lead month‑end close activities by preparing and validating balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, investigating variances, and ensuring issues are resolved prior to review.

  • Financial Statements, NAV & Management Reporting: Prepare financial statements, NAV calculations, management accounts, cash flow statements, liquidity analysis, and quarterly NAV and FMV reports for review by senior team members.

  • Tax, Banking & Intercompany Support: Provide accurate financial data for local tax filings (corporate income tax, GST), support intercompany settlement processes, and assist with financial information packages required by lending banks.

  • Audit, Consolidation & Ad‑Hoc Reporting: Actively support year‑end and audit processes by preparing working papers, annual accounts, consolidation schedules, internal and external reports, and ad‑hoc financial analyses and reconciliations as required.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive Total Rewards Package: Comprehensive annual compensation including basic salary, HRA, special allowance, provident fund contributions, gratuity, internet allowance, and food allowance.
  • Health & Insurance Coverage: Medical insurance, group term life insurance, and group personal accident insurance for financial security and peace of mind.
  • Allowances & Support: Transportation or transportation allowance and shift allowance to support work flexibility and commuting needs.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous paid leave to support work–life balance.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience; CA or equivalent professional qualification is a strong advantage.
  • Systems & Technical Knowledge: Mandatory hands-on experience with Yardi, strong proficiency in financial and accounting reporting systems, advanced computer and spreadsheet skills, and exposure to SOX and internal controls.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience with direct real estate investments and complex entity structures is highly preferred.
  • Analytical & Execution Skills: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, research technical accounting matters, summarize issues, and develop sound recommendations and decisions with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional & Interpersonal Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English; proactive and initiative-driven; demonstrates integrity and professionalism; and an energetic team player who adapts well to changing requirements.
