The Senior QA Analyst is a client-facing role responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery across display campaigns executed on platforms such as CM360 (Campaign Manager 360) and Adform. The role primarily focuses on reviewing and validating work completed by onshore team members and managing day-to-day feedback mechanisms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client and internal quality standards.
The incumbent works closely with clients and onshore stakeholders to conduct detailed quality audits, identify defects, and provide clear, actionable feedback that drives continuous improvement. This role requires strong subject matter expertise in display advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability for quality outcomes.
