Ad Content Specialist – United Kingdom Job Title: Ad Content Specialist Job Type: Full-time (6-month contract) / Remote Work Hours: UK business hours (with flexibility as needed) Job Overview We’re helping our client, a fast-growing global eCommerce brand in men’s personal care , find an Ad Content Specialist (UK) to create humorous, scroll-stopping video ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok across the United Kingdom and Europe.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end creation of performance-driven video ad content — from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and performance analysis.
You’ll work closely with Creative, Social, Performance Marketing, and International teams while gaining deep insight into how ad creative directly impacts growth and revenue.
This is a remote, UK-based, full-time 6-month opportunity within a high-growth, collaborative environment.
The role reports directly to the Director of Performance Marketing .
Responsibilities Generate 5–8 Facebook and Instagram ad concepts per week Script, shoot, and edit video ad content independently Source trends, memes, and cultural moments and adapt them into high-performing ad concepts Create engaging short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Social, and International teams Analyze ad performance metrics and report on creative outcomes Develop a strong understanding of how creative impacts KPIs and business revenue Support additional creative initiatives as needed Work From Home Training & Development Must-Have: Strong video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro Excellent writing and storytelling skills Deep understanding of British culture, trends, and memes Comfort performing on camera with confidence and personality Passion for visual storytelling and content creation Ability to work independently, move fast, and execute with limited resources Interest in understanding performance data behind creative success High ownership mindset with strong attention to quality and outcomes Nice-to-Have: Experience creating paid social ads for Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and metrics Experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands Experience collaborating with international or cross-functional teams
