This role is all about flat files, troubleshooting, and making sure everything on Amazon runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: ● Create and update listings using flat files (bulk uploads, parent/child variations, A+ content) ● Resolve suppressed, stranded, or miscategorized listings ● Manage backend attributes and ensure listing accuracy across marketplaces ● Communicate with Amazon support and escalate issues as needed ● Monitor listings for errors, hijackers, or policy violations Requirements: ● 3+ years managing Amazon listings in Seller Central ● Expert in flat files and troubleshooting catalog issues ● Strong Excel and attention to detail ● Proven success getting listings fixed fast
