Responsibilities
Managing parcel sorting operations
Organizing shifts and assigning tasks
Supervising team performance
Evaluating and improving operational processes
Ensuring accurate parcel sorting
Problem-solving during the sorting process
Maintaining high quality standards
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
Preparing reports and introducing innovative solutions
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience as a warehouse or logistics shift leader
Strong team management and motivation skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
