Manager - SMB Sales




Job Scope

The Manager - SMB Sales is responsible for developing and managing the SMB segment across the retail network, driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring consistent execution across stores. The role leads SMB-focused sales activities, manages pipeline and performance, and ensures achievement of sales targets and KPIs. It also acts as the link between retail operations and SMB development, supporting planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement of sales processes. 




Main Duties and Responsibilities
Technical and Operations
  • Define, lead, and continuously refine the SMB segment strategy across the retail network.
  • Build a sustainable and scalable SMB segment through stores, with clear ownership, sales standards and business routines;
  • Own the SMB segment performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Drive alignment with Store Managers and retail leadership to ensure consistent SMB execution and performance across the network
  • Own the end-to-end SMB pipeline, ensuring lead generation, conversion, and revenue realization targets are achieved.
  • Maintain full visibility of the SMB pipeline, customer portfolio and business development activities;
  • Prepare and oversee commercial offers, quotations and customer solutions tailored to SMB needs;
  • Support key customer meetings, in-store business consultations and local business development activities where needed;
  • Monitor SMB sales performance, pipeline quality, lead conversion and execution discipline across the retail network;
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on performance analysis to drive business growth and optimization.
  • Develop and manage the SMB segment financial plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Contribute to the setup and continuous improvement of SMB processes, cooperation model and reporting discipline;
  • Ensure compliance with internal commercial procedures, company policies and approval processes;
  • Identify new market opportunities, local partnerships and growth potential within the SMB segment;
  • Secure strong alignment between SMB strategy, store execution and commercial priorities;
Talent Development
  • Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
  • Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.


Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or any other related field is preferred.




Experience

At least 7 years of relevant experience
