The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development and expanding the client's customer base within the Hungarian market.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Hungarian e-commerce and logistics market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce companies, logistics providers, fulfillment centers, and cross-border platforms.
Develop a pipeline of potential customers and drive new customer acquisition.
2. Customer Management
Manage key client relationships and ensure long-term partnerships.
Understand customer logistics needs and provide tailored last-mile delivery solutions.
Support onboarding of new customers and coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
3. Market Expansion
Leverage existing industry relationships and personal networks to expand client’s presence in the Hungarian market.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Contribute to the development of local commercial strategies.
4. Commercial Negotiation
Lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations with customers.
Support the preparation of proposals and commercial agreements.
Requirements:
10+ years of sales or business development experience in parcel delivery, last-mile logistics, or courier services.
