Manager - Growth, Performance, Transformation (m/w/d) - Hungary

To strengthen our team in Budapest, we are currently looking for:

MANAGER – GROWTH, PEFORMANCE, TRANSFORMATION

• You will advise local and international clients on Growth, Performance, Innovation as key CEO agenda topics and find solutions for complex strategic and transformative issues with your team in different industries
• You will be responsible for the implementation of projects from kick-off to the final result
• You always have the satisfaction of our customers and the well-being of your team in mind
• As a contact person, you will build sustainable relationships with our customers
• You will lead and develop project teams and support the implementation of research and analyses 
• You are a mentor for junior colleagues
• You will work on innovative consulting approaches such as digitalization, operating model redesign or ESG

• You have several years (preferably 5+yrs) of professional experience in a strategy consultancy or in in-house consulting at a leading service company
• You have experience in leading teams
• You have obtained an excellent diploma or master's degree from a renowned university
• You are fluent in Hungarian & English
• You enjoy driving projects independently from idea to implementation
• You think analytically and act pragmatically
• You like to explore new topics
• You are creative and open to a wide range of project issues
