We are looking for T&C Technician based in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team. We deliver multiple signaling projects to our customer MTR with dedication to sustainable and smart mobility in thefield of design, engineering, installation and test & commissioning. You will be responsible for:


  • Execute testing activities:
    • in support to one or several Projects on railway signalling systems under the direction of his / her hierarchy
    • according to the testing procedure / documentation and following Subsystem T&C Engineer a/o Leader instructions
  • Ensure defects identification and correction (trouble shooting) 
  • Check that the test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated.
  • Replace defective equipment and ensure its repair in accordance with the procedures in force
  • In the event of a non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase, make a return experience (REX) towards the project, and ensure that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context
  • Deliver the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs and Deadlines and in compliance with Alstom policies, local standards and regulations (in particular EHS and Railway Safety)
  • Take the role to be CP(T) of the self-working team, conduct safety briefing and reminder during the work at night if required.

You are expected to have these credentials:


  • 4+ years of experience in construction, engineering, transport industry for infra and commissioning work
  • Strong desire to achieve and willing to take challenges in a multinational organization and work with diverse environment
  • Willing to learn, with team spirit, multi-tasking and open-minded
  • Able to take an analytical approach for problem solving under time pressure
  • Operational and personal safety awareness is essential
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Registered Electrical Workers is preferred
  • Driving license
  • First Aider is preferred
  • Willing to work at night shifts and site works during weekends and on public holidays if required (This position is a full-time night work position.)
