The job holder will be responsible for designing Security and Connectivity solutions such as Next Generation Firewall, SASE, SD-WAN, and SD-LAN, aligning them with customers’ requirements. Additionally, they will describe and present these solutions' design and deployment plans. Will work closely with a wide network of partners, manage key accounts and vendors, and propose solutions.
• Design and propose state-of-the-art solutions for Security, SASE, SD-WAN, and SD-LAN that best address customer needs.
• Perform customer visits, lead the technical discussion, prepare the solution design and technical presentations, in collaboration with other technical teams, and direct feedback from the customer.
• Manage and coordinate Vodafone’s sub-contractors to bring the appropriate technical solution on time.
• Participation and ownership of Customer’s RFPs.
• It is important to keep up with the latest Security and Connectivity technology trends to be able to introduce and train internally about new products or solutions accordingly.
• The candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in business customer engineering, Security, or Connectivity Presales. Additionally, should have a university degree in IT or Telecom and more than one certification on the following Vendors Cisco or Huawei (CCNP level preferred), Fortinet (Professional or higher), Vmware (VMware SD-WAN Foundations), Checkpoint (CCSA or higher), HPE Aruba certifications or any other relevant certification. A Master’s degree will be considered as a plus.
• Inspired to effectively communicate in technical and commercial terms and explain the benefits of technology proposals with excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English language.
• Proficient in effectively managing large-scale projects utilizing cutting-edge technology.
• Passion for continuous learning of new Security and Connectivity technologies and staying up to date with technological trends.
• Ability to understand the customer's IT operation model and in collaboration with Security and Connectivity products to propose transformation and security solutions.
