  • Lead cross-functional execution across Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, and Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Proactively identify risks (supply constraints, deployment delays, forecast gaps) and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and evolve frameworks for capacity planning, utilization tracking, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Drive executive-level alignment on tradeoffs between cost, performance, and availability.
  • Improve systems, tooling, and processes to enable scalable and repeatable infrastructure planning.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and long-term infrastructure investments.
What We’ll Expect From You:
  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles in cloud infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs with high business impact.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business-related field.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with data center operations, hardware supply chain, or global infrastructure deployment.
  • Familiarity with capacity modeling, forecasting tools, or infrastructure planning systems.
  • Experience in high-growth or hyperscale cloud environments.
