We are looking for a customer-oriented Documentation Trainee to our Technical Documentation team in Espoo, Finland and Porvoo, Finland.
Your main tasks are:
  • Scanning and digitization of physical material.
  • Ability to follow instructions and guidelines for document management.
  • Validation skills against standards/guidelines.
  • Moderate problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Follow-up on delivery schedules.
  • Verifying that the documentation fulfill the quality requirements.
  • Maintaining document registers.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of computers (PC).
  • MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Moderate written and spoken English and Finnish.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with multinational contacts.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a bigger team.
