Key Responsibilities:
• Manage digitalization projects’ scope, releases, change requests and features prioritization.
• Coordinate and lead day‑to‑day project execution to ensure digitalization solutions are delivered on scope, on schedule, and with expected quality
• Translate customer expectations into structured requirements, acceptance criteria, backlog items and releases.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams
• Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and maintain reporting in internal systems

• +4 years of experience in digital project management, software delivery, requirements management, or a similar customer-facing role. Previous Scrum Master, Software Product Owner or Product Manager role is considered as a plus.
• Experience working in multi-cultural environment and managing distributed delivery teams.
• Strong skills in requirements engineering. Converting customer needs into specifications, acceptance criteria, and structured backlogs.
• Ability to manage scope, risk, timelines, and change requests in multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Experience participating in early project phases such as concepting, pre‑studies, feasibility analyses, or initial solution framing.
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English • Willingness to work in Customer interface.
