Job description

About the Team
At Trendyol Growth, we align pricing, discount, and marketing strategies to drive sustainable and scalable growth. We work cross-functionally with teams like Product, Category, and Operations to uncover opportunities and deliver impact. With a strong learning culture and data-driven mindset, we grow together — as individuals and as a team.
At Trendyol, we believe language is a core part of the product experience. As a Language Quality Analyst for Greek, you will work at the intersection of localization, data analytics, and generative AI. Your mission is to safeguard linguistic quality and cultural relevance, transforming linguistic insights into structured data to drive global scalability and customer trust.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct systematic quality reviews for Greek content, ensuring cultural, functional, and linguistic accuracy. Maintain style guides, glossaries, and frameworks that align with local market nuances.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track quality KPIs. Analyze unstructured data (NPS, UX feedback, social signals) to identify friction points and propose systemic fixes.
  • Validate AI/MT-based quality checks, refine LLM prompts, and design automated workflows to scale quality improvements and model fine-tuning.
  • Partner with Catalog, Product, Marketing and SEO teams to optimize product discoverability (titles, filters, attributes) and ensure linguistic context is integrated into technical roadmaps.
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to translation vendors and freelancers, benchmarking performance against quality standards.

Expected Qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in Greek; English at C1 level.
  • Extensive experience in localization QA, linguistic data analysis, or content optimization (e-commerce background preferred).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, BigQuery, or Looker is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with MT/LLM tools and an interest in data annotation or prompt engineering.
  • A blend of linguistic intuition and analytical precision, able to translate complex language issues into actionable product insights.
