Pinerium is seeking a proactive and client-focused Zoho Jump Start Specialist to lead rapid deployment and onboarding projects for Zoho applications.


This role is responsible for delivering structured “Jump Start” implementations designed to help clients quickly adopt Zoho solutions with best-practice configurations, essential workflows, and foundational automation.


The ideal candidate combines technical Zoho knowledge with strong client communication skills to ensure smooth onboarding, user adoption, and early project success.


Key Responsibilities
Zoho Jump Start Implementation
  • Deliver structured, time-bound Zoho Jump Start packages (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho One, etc.).


  • Configure core modules, fields, pipelines, workflows, roles, and permissions.


  • Set up standard reports, dashboards, and basic automation.


  • Import and validate client data into Zoho applications.


Client Onboarding & Training
  • Conduct requirement discovery sessions for quick implementations.


  • Guide clients through system setup and best-practice configuration.


  • Deliver user training sessions and onboarding workshops.


  • Ensure clients understand core features and workflows.


Process Optimization
  • Map basic business processes into Zoho workflows.


  • Recommend standard improvements aligned with Zoho best practices.


  • Ensure scalable configurations that allow future expansion.


Documentation & Handover
  • Prepare configuration documentation and user guides.


  • Provide system handover and post-implementation support.


  • Coordinate with Zoho Developers for advanced customization if required.


Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with Business Development, Project Managers, and Support teams.


  • Track implementation progress in Zoho Projects.


  • Maintain accurate documentation in Zoho CRM.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.


  • 1–3 years of experience in Zoho implementation, SaaS onboarding, or CRM deployment.


  • Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and at least two additional Zoho applications.


  • Experience in configuring workflows, automation, and user permissions.


  • Ability to conduct client meetings and training sessions confidently.


  • Understanding of business process mapping and CRM logic.


  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.


  • Zoho certifications are highly preferred.


  • Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.


  • Must be a non-smoker (all types).
