Warehouse Supervisor (Petroleum Company )

Description: · Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
· Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
· Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to optimize warehouse processes and support business objectives.
· Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
· Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations and material handling.
· Resolve operational issues promptly, including shipment delays, inventory shortages, and equipment malfunctions.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
· 3 to 7 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team coordination.
· Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Solid understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes.
· Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
· Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
· Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as required by operational demands.
