Overview The Execution Supervisor is responsible for leading the Transportation Control Tower (TCT) execution activities, ensuring real-time visibility and efficient tracking of shipments, vehicles, and logistics operations across the network. The role oversees execution performance, monitors key milestones and KPIs such as on-time delivery, and drives proactive issue resolution in coordination with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the Execution Supervisor plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting decision-making during disruptions, and driving the adoption of tracking technologies to improve service levels and overall transportation performance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the TCT Execution team to ensure high-quality tracking and execution performance. Monitor real-time shipment activities, ensuring accurate tracking of milestones and events across the network. Own execution performance and drive achievement of key KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time Completion (OTC). Identify, manage, and resolve operational disruptions, including delays and prioritization of critical shipments. Act as the primary point of coordination between carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Provide timely visibility and communicate execution status, risks, and performance updates to key stakeholders. Drive data accuracy and integrity within tracking systems and ensure proper utilization of TCT tools and technologies. Lead decision-making during execution challenges and escalate critical issues when required. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and optimize transportation performance. Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and accountability-driven culture. Drive adoption of new technologies and act as a change agent within transportation operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in transportation execution, logistics operations, or supply chain roles. Strong knowledge of transportation operations and execution processes. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus. Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and tracking/visibility tools is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage operational challenges effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Fluent in English and Arabic.
