Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to oversee all aspects of retail tire sales, ensuring sufficient stock levels, optimal pricing strategies, effective marketing campaigns, and continuous dealer support.
What you will do:
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain and local tire shops/franchised independent workshops to maintain sufficient inventory levels to meet sales demands
• Pricing Strategy: Monitor market conditions and adjust pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability
• Marketing Optimization: Ensure marketing spending is maximized for efficiency and impact, overseeing the successful execution of campaigns
• Dealer Relations: Conduct daily/weekly visits to Toyo dealers across all governorates to address issues and build strong relationships. Provide regular reporting to management on dealer performance
• Campaign Management: Execute and monitor planned marketing campaigns; track results, and provide timely reports to management
• Technical Support: Maintain consistent communication with TOYO to ensure timely receipt of technical and product support
• Training: Develop and implement training programs for branch and dealer teams
• Team Management: Manage, train, mentor, and motivate a team of retail sales representatives

About the team:
In this role, you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment reporting directly to the Tires Retail Sales Manager.
What equips you for the role:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Executive or Sales Supervisor role within the Tires industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong English language skills (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
