Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist. Based in 6th of October City, the role allows partial work-from-home flexibility. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential and current customers to promote Baseeta’s services, address customer queries, and provide exceptional support. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound sales calls, following up with leads, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Effective telesales skills like being confidentv verbal communication, active listening, and emotional intelligence to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals over the phone. Key skills as being persuasive, paced voice to convey enthusiasm, maintaining resilience against rejection, and using CRM tools to manage leads effectively.
